RIT Dubai offers various scholarships and financial aid options to support students in their academic pursuits. These include merit-based scholarships for outstanding academic achievements, support for current students to promote academic excellence, and financial aid for qualified students with financial constraints. Scholarships are re-evaluated annually based on academic performance and leadership roles. Students are encouraged to apply for multiple scholarship options.
For students with at least one immediate family member (father, mother, siblings, or spouse) who has graduated with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from RIT Dubai campus.
For all RIT Undergraduate students wishing to continue their Graduate studies at RIT Dubai.
For academic achievers who are athletically talented in soccer, volleyball, cricket, or basketball. Requires submission of videos of most recent game, a document with player history, strengths, past successes, and athletic skills, a reference letter from coach/PE teacher, and registration for a team online.
For students employed by DIEZA, Dubai Police, DEWA, RTA and IFFCO, or holders of Essad, Fazza, Al Saada, Emirates Platinum or Fly Dubai Platinum Card, or active membership in IEEE or ASHRAE for a minimum of six months.
Limited number of students based on academic grades in related fields of study. Grades assessed based on courses relevant to the department (Engineering: Maths / Physics / Chemistry; Computing: ICT / Computer Sciences / Maths; Business: Business Studies / Economics / Accounting / English; Psychology: Statistics / Psychology / Social Sciences).
For qualified graduate students based on years of full-time relevant work experience in their area of study and demonstrated considerable achievements. Requires applicants to summarize their experience (title, job description, projects, and how it relates to and will help them succeed in their program) and submit official work experience letters from current and previous employers.
For students with exceptional extracurricular achievements (e.g., drama, music, chess) during their time at school. Requires evidence of participation and leadership demonstrating outstanding ability, initiative, and dedication.
For students who need financial assistance. Awarded based on financial need and applicant’s financial status. Requires stamped bank statement/s (last 6 months), salary certificate(s), rental contract (if applicable), dependent school fees/universities (if applicable), scanned copies of passport and visa of all dependent, and loan statement (if applicable).

Granted to a limited number of international students every academic year and can be maintained through their RIT Dubai Journey based on outstanding academic achievement option. Offered to new students only and renewed based on the academic scholarship table after Summer 1 term every year.

RIT student/Alumni can be rewarded for sharing their RIT experience with a co-worker, family member, or friend who might be interested in one of our programs. Offers a range of incentives, from scholarships to cash payments. Referral form must be completed before Enquiry or application stage.
For graduate students to work alongside professors from specific departments, assisting the chair of departments in academic-related tasks. Limited and assesses each applicant individually.
Limited number of students. Assessed based on predicted grades of 90% and above, meeting English Language requirements, and passing required placement tests. Cannot be combined with any scholarship from section B.

Conditions: Specialization in related fields, GPA of 3.5 or higher, available for candidates wishing to enroll in Spring (January, 2025). Eligibility is subject to terms and conditions, including successfully passing an interview with the graduate committee and availability of a GTA position.
