The Office of Scholarship & Financial Aid (OSFA) at Ajman University offers a range of scholarships and financial aid programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students. These programs aim to support students in achieving their higher education goals by providing clear guidance on available funding opportunities, including AU scholarships and discounts, institutional aid programs such as Thamer’s Fund, and external financial assistance. The OSFA strives to ensure that financial considerations do not prevent qualified students from accessing, continuing, and completing their education. Scholarships and discounts generally do not cover fees for admission, training, housing, transportation, books, and student services. Discounts are applicable only during the Fall and Spring semesters and do not cover failed, withdrawn, or dropped courses after the Add & Drop period. Students cannot benefit from more than one scholarship or discount simultaneously; in such cases, the higher-value scholarship or discount will apply. Online application forms are available only during designated application periods, and all students are subject to University regulations. Students are encouraged to review their financial accounts and submit a discount request by mid-October for the first semester and end of February for the second semester if an eligible discount is not reflected. Applications submitted after these deadlines will not be considered. For inquiries or assistance, students can contact scholarship.dep@ajman.ac.ae or schedule a virtual scholarship consultation.
